What payment methods are accepted?
Checks, Money Orders, VISA and Mastercard are all acceptable forms of payment. There are no COD orders allowed.

How are shipping charges assessed?
Continental United States $7.00 first item and $1.00 each additional item.
Canadian Shipments $10.00 first item and $1.00 each additional item.
All International shipments will be charged accordingly.

What is your return policy?
If you receive anything from us that you are not 100% satified with and wish to return it, please contact us within ten (10) days. After ten (10) days, we will assume that you are satisfied. There will be no refunds after the ten (10) day period. All items $10.00 or less are not returnable or refundable.

How do I request a printed catalog?
If you would like to request a catalog for yourself or a friend, please fill out the form provided.

How are duplicate requested for the same item handled?
There is always the slim possibility that more than one person will order an item on the same day as someone else. If this happens, our policy is to take the orders in the order received. If your order is the second order received you will be notified by email.

How often do you update your online catalog?
We will be updating this online shopping cart on a regular basis to keep it current. Adding new items as soon as they are received, and deleting items within 24 hours of being sold.
